At Olivia's, we take on a limited number of catering events each month so we can maintain the quality and attention to detail we're known for. For that reason, all catering requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Salads come in large serving bowls with dressings on the side, ready for a quick toss before serving.
Hot dishes arrive in beautiful, heavy-duty catering trays that are oven-safe and nice enough to place right on the table.
Cold platters are thoughtfully arranged in premium kraft catering boxes, lined with food-safe paper and built directly in the box for a beautiful, effortless presentation. Designed to travel well and look stunning on the table, they're ready to serve the moment you lift the lid.
Every tray is labeled with easy-to-follow heating instructions, so there's no guesswork. Simply heat or toss & serve.
Our catering is delivered chilled—not hot—so your food is freshly heated and ready when your guests are.

Catering FAQs
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of your order to the original form of payment.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are generally non-refundable, as ingredients have already been purchased and production has begun. In certain circumstances, Olivia's may, at its sole discretion, issue a store credit or partial refund.
PICKUP
Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the agreed-upon date and time.
Orders not picked up by the close of business on the scheduled pickup date may not be available for pickup at a later date. While Olivia's will make every reasonable effort to accommodate delayed pickups, availability cannot be guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available for a fee of $25.00 within a 15 mile radius. You can choose delivery at checkout.
ALLERGIES
While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including, but not limited to, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.
Please email us if you have allergy concerns and we can discuss it.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included. If you'd like to tip our kitchen staff, you may do so at pickup with cash or by card at the register with our staff.
