CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of your order to the original form of payment.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are generally non-refundable, as ingredients have already been purchased and production has begun. In certain circumstances, Olivia's may, at its sole discretion, issue a store credit or partial refund.

PICKUP

Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the agreed-upon date and time.

Orders not picked up by the close of business on the scheduled pickup date may not be available for pickup at a later date. While Olivia's will make every reasonable effort to accommodate delayed pickups, availability cannot be guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available for a fee of $25.00 within a 15 mile radius. You can choose delivery at checkout.

ALLERGIES

While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including, but not limited to, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.
