Bring something bright to the holiday table with this crisp, festive salad of shredded kale, crunchy apples, and creamy & shard aged cheddar. Finished with our house-made maple–apple cider vinaigrette, it’s a beautiful balance of sweet and tangy—fresh, hearty, and holiday-ready.

Ingredients: Romaine, Kale, Mixed Greens, Cheese, Apples, Chives or scallions, Cranberries or Pomegranate Seeds, Sunflower seeds OR Pumpkin Seeds (packaged separately). Dressing: Maple Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar , olive oil , garlic, mustard, canola oil, salt.
