Butternut Squash & Mushroom Lasagna (Vegetarian)

Layers of imported pasta, savory butternut squash sauce, bechamel and sauteed mushrooms & greens. Absolutely delicious and totally vegetarian. 

Bake @ 375° for 45 minutes, let it cool for another 30 minutes and dinner is served. It makes incredible leftovers.  

Ingredients: pasta, butternut squash, onion, garlic, mushroom, greens, butter, milk, parmigiano reggiano, mozzarella, nutmeg, sage, olive oil.
