Green Goddess Whipped Feta / 12 ounce

We whip Bulgarian feta until smooth, then blend it with fresh herbs, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon. A touch of white miso adds subtle umami. Delicious with crudités or crackers.

Ingredients: feta, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon, white miso, kale.
Herbs may include any combination of parsley, cilantro, dill, tarragon, and mint.
