Homemade Castelvetrano Olive & Rosemary Focaccia/ DF*

A generous slab of our signature focaccia, studded with Castelvetrano olives and fresh rosemary. Crisp and golden on the outside, soft and airy on the inside.

Reheat in a 250°F oven for a few minutes until warm and enjoy.

Serves 4–6 as a side. Keeps well for 2–3 days—simply reheat before serving.

Ingredients: Flour, water, yeast, salt, extra virgin olive oil, Castelvetrano olives, rosemary.
