Korean-ish Beef Rice Bowls w. Cucumber Salad/ GF & DF - serves 4

We marinate beef from N&K Prime Butcher for 24 hours in a bulgogi marinade then roast it low and slow for hours. The result is an UBER tender and extremely flavorful beef. It comes with rice, steamed broccoli and cucumber salad.

This serves 4. The beef container is recyclable, the rest of the containers are compostable.

Ingredients: beef, asian pear, toasted sesame oil, tamari (gf soy sauce), brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion, rice, broccoli, cucumbers, GF gochujang , miso, toasted sesame seeds.
