"Real Deal" Lasagna Bolognese - serves 4

This INSANELY GOOD lasagna is a delicious combination of layers pasta sheets, our housemade bolognese sauce, bechamel and parmigiano reggiano cheese. 

You pop it into a 375° oven for 45 minutes, let it cool for another 30 minutes and dinner is served. It makes incredible leftovers.  

Ingredients: pasta, milk, butter, flour, nutmeg, beef, carrot, onion, garlic, rosemary, tomato, white wine (alcohol cooked off!), chicken stock, cheese.
