Sweet roasted carrots layered with jammy spiced dates, creamy feta, chickpeas and fresh herbs—Quinoa and Arugula is the base. Comes with our classic Lemon Dijon Dressing on the side.

Carrots, dates, feta cheese, fresh herbs (parsley and/or mint), cumin, cinnamon, pickled red onion, chickpeas,  olive oil, vegetable oil, lemon juice, mustard, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, pepper.
