Simply Roasted Chicken

Our signature house-roasted chicken, brined for 24 hours with kosher salt, fresh garlic, lemon, and herbs, then slow-roasted until incredibly juicy, tender, and fall-off-the-bone.

Each platter includes 

• 2 bone-in leg quarters
• 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

—so there's something for everyone around the table. Simple, flavorful, and anything but boring.

Ingredients: Chicken, kosher salt, garlic, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), black pepper.
