Whole Wheat Zucchini Muffins - 6 muffins

Kids love them. We love them with a little butter or a slice of cheese for a fast breakfast or after-school-snack. We're using whole wheat flour & ground flax for some added goodness. We're also dialing the sugar way down :)

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, zuchinni, eggs, butter, spices, baking powder, oil, brown sugar, vanilla, milk, ground flax seed.
