Peach Caprese Salad with Burrata - serves 2-4*

We <3 NJ peaches & tomatoes and what better way to enjoy them (while they're here!) than with basil and burrata? These are the best of summer! Cut open the cheese, scatter the peaches, tomato and basil around and drizzle on the dressing. Sprinkle with a little extra salt and serve up this gorgeous dish. 

this container is fully compostable (including the lid and dressing cup!) and will serve 2 large servings or 4 smaller servings

Ingredients: burrata, tomatoes,  peaches, basil, mint, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon and salt.
